A Georgian chapel of 1752 on Newport Street, restored as a venue for talks, music, comedy and film, and the Hay home of the Institute of Art and Ideas, which runs the HowTheLightGetsIn festival. On an ordinary week there is live music on Saturdays and an open mic on Fridays, and the kitchen serves burgers and its own farm's lamb Thursday to Sunday. It is closed Monday to Wednesday.
