The kitchen inside the Globe at Hay, a former chapel dating to 1752 on Newport Street that now runs as an arts venue and is home to the HowTheLightGetsIn festival. The food is burgers, loaded fries and pulled lamb, and the lamb comes from the Globe's own hundred-acre farm. Vegan and gluten-free burgers are on the menu. The kitchen serves Thursday to Saturday from 10.30am to 8pm and Sunday 10.30am to 2pm, with last orders at 7.45pm and 1.45pm; the venue is closed Monday to Wednesday.
