The Blue Apron is on Harbour Street, a couple of minutes from O'Connor Square, and has been run by Sarah and Kenan since July 2011. It is a small, quiet dining room with an à la carte, a set menu that runs all night on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and a Sunday that is lunch only, from half twelve to half six. There are vegetarian and vegan menus as well, which is less common in a midlands town than it should be. It opens Wednesday to Sunday and is closed Monday and Tuesday. Bookings are by phone, on the landline or the mobile listed on the restaurant's own site, and on a Friday or Saturday you should ring rather than chance it.
