Sullivan's brewing story in Kilkenny goes back more than three centuries, and the taproom on John Street is where you hear it. The Signature Brewery Experience sits you down with a brewing ambassador and a tray of three of Sullivan's core beers, including the Maltings Red Ale, while you hear about the brewery's history and how the beers are made. The brewery is a working production site and cannot be toured, but you can see into the brewing area from the taproom, and you can stay on afterwards.
