The café, wholefood shop, and bakery that put Greystones on the food map, opened in 2004 by twin brothers David and Stephen Flynn, who are from the town. Plant-based cooking, a busy daytime café, a shop full of their own products, and an evening restaurant. The Happy Pear is now a national brand, but this is where it started, on Church Road.
