The dining room of the Shandon Hotel and Spa, above Marble Hill strand about six kilometres east of the village by road. Marbles is the set-piece: the hotel describes an à la carte of amuse-bouche, starter, sorbet, main and dessert, with a smart-casual dress code, and says it opens subject to demand and can be booked out weeks ahead, so ring before you go. If Marbles is closed or full, the hotel serves bar food daily from 12:30 to 21:00 in Beats Bar. The hotel says almost every room in the building looks out over Sheephaven Bay.
