The local beach of choice, a shallow, sandy strand on Ringabella Bay west of the harbour mouth, around fifteen minutes from Carrigaline. It holds Blue Flag status and a Green Coast Award, with lifeguards on duty in season and plenty of safe paddling for small children. There is a front beach at the village entrance and a quieter back beach on the promontory.
